Urbnque operates with intention, discretion, and structure.
All orders, services, and purchases are governed by the terms below.

Engaging with Urbnque signifies agreement with this Code in full.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 48–72 business hours to allow for payment verification.

Orders placed Friday through Sunday will begin processing the following business day.

All fees, taxes, and shipping charges are calculated and displayed once shipping information is entered. Clients are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

To protect against fraud and delays, orders are shipped only to the billing address associated with the payment method used. Address changes cannot be made once an order is submitted.

 

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Urbnque is a custom boutique.

The majority of pieces are produced individually and by hand.
Urbnque custom designs include select clothing, accessories, hats, and footwear.

Production timelines vary by item and may require 3–4 weeks, with some custom or pre-order items requiring up to 6–8 weeks for completion.

Custom and made-to-order items are pre-order only and begin production upon purchase.

Clients are encouraged to inquire prior to purchase if clarification is needed.

 

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Tracking information is provided approximately three (3) days prior to shipment.

Once an order has been released to the shipping carrier, Urbnque no longer has control over delivery timelines. While assistance may be offered in the event of carrier-related issues, Urbnque cannot be held responsible for delays, errors, or loss caused by third-party carriers.

Express or overnight shipping is available only for in-stock items and must be confirmed prior to purchase.

Customer-owned shipping accounts are not accepted.

 

FINAL SALE POLICY

Due to the custom, limited, and curated nature of Urbnque offerings, all sales are final.

Orders cannot be modified once processing has begun.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges may be considered only for unworn items returned in original condition and packaging.

Size-related exchanges must be initiated within seven (7) business days of delivery and are subject to availability.

If an item of lesser value is selected, a store credit will be issued for the difference.

Items returned without valid tracking confirmation within the designated timeframe will be deemed worn and will void eligibility for exchange.

 

RESPONSIBILITY & ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Urbnque is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided at checkout or failure to review this Code prior to purchase.

By completing a transaction with Urbnque, clients acknowledge understanding and acceptance of these terms.

 

Access is intentional.
Production is deliberate.
Standards are non-negotiable.
